Muse and mentor

Muse and mentor are two words that go hand and hand and are synonymous. In my early years of the modeling industry, I was blessed to have modeled in continuous fashion photo shoots for an exceptional photographer named David Booker. He called me his muse and became a wonderful mentor to me. I was new in the industry at that time and he really pushed me in a positive motivating way. He helped me to believe in myself no matter what and to keep my faith strong in God. A lot of times we would do spur of the moment location photo shoots. This really taught me to adapt to my environment and make the best of it. And, other times he would present an idea or a look for the inspiration for the shoot. It was a new adventure each shoot and it was fun to model for him. He is the one photographer that helped shape me very early on in my modeling career. And, I am forever grateful.
